No. We do not currently have a physical location, although it is something we may consider in the future. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy your shopping experience on our website! 

For cancelling order, kindly contact us through E-mail, Instagram or Facebook page within 24 hours of placing the order, along with your order id.

Shipping and Returns

We are currently shipping in the United Kingdom and all over Europe.

We understand and try our best to deliver all orders on priority. Once the order is placed on the website, a verification check is carried out, suspicious orders are blocked, orders with complete details are forwarded for further processing. We normally process all orders within 1 day of order.

Deliveries within the United Kingdom usually take 2 working days to deliver, however in some cases it may take up to 3-4 working days.

Deliveries across Europe usually take 3 working days to deliver, however in some cases it may take up to 5 working days.

Once a delivery has been attempted, if there is nobody present to sign for the parcel, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or leave a 'While You Were Out' card which will provide the relevant instructions on how you can retrieve your parcel.

Europe

Whether it is your first purchase, or you are our loyal customer, we want you to feel comfortable and love your purchase with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care team and we will be happy to assist you. In case you have received any damaged/wrong/faulty product, we gladly accept all merchandise for return or exchange within 10 DAYS of delivery, provided it: 

– Is in new condition 

– Has not been washed, used, or altered 

– Has the original price tag and packaging intact
