We currently operate online only in the UK, but we hope to bring a physical KEF store to you soon, InshaAllah.
To cancel your order, please email us at hello@kefuk.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Kindly include your order number.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
We currently ship within the UK. International shipping is not available at this time.
Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard Delivery: £4.99 (Free on orders over £50)
Express Delivery: £7.49
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
Yes — once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or provide instructions for collection. You can also contact the courier directly with your tracking number for updates.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Please email us at hello@kefuk.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Yes, a £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply to faulty or incorrect items.
We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d like.
