Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.


UK Shipping

 

Standard Delivery:

  • Flat rate: £4.99

  • Free for orders over £30

  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Express Delivery:

  • Flat rate: £7.49

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Note: Couriers may attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions if a delivery is missed.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping from KEF UK.


Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@kefuk.com.


Delays & Disruptions

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays. KEF is not responsible for such delays once your order has left our facility.


Returns & Refunds


Return Window

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.


Return Costs

A £5 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. This does not apply to returns due to incorrect or faulty items.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Customised products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or hygienic items (unless faulty)


How to Start a Return

Email our customer service team at hello@kefuk.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without authorisation will not be accepted.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly. For approved claims, we cover the full return cost and offer a full refund or exchange.
